The firm also represents borrowers under the multifamily programs of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private mortgage conduits engaged in mortgage securitization, represents clients in the development, negotiation and documentation of loans for specialized, innovative or unusual financing, including multi-million dollar transactions involving multiple owners, and manages IRC Section 1031 exchanges, master leases and ground leased properties. Flynn/Williams LLP has the experience to identify, negotiate, fund and close real estate transactions in a creative and cost-effective fashion. We have strong relationships with lenders and their counsel, and with our experience, we do not need to "reinvent the wheel" to achieve the desired result.
