The firm also represents borrowers under the multifamily programs of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private mortgage conduits engaged in mortgage securitization, represents clients in the development, negotiation and documentation of loans for specialized, innovative or unusual financing, including multi-million dollar transactions involving multiple owners, and manages IRC Section 1031 exchanges, master leases and ground leased properties.
