Robert P. Hall, Jr.

Mr. Hall specializes in the representation of residential and commercial property owners in construction defects litigation, and also represents clients in connection with post-litigation repairs. Mr. Hall has represented numerous single family homeowners for all manner of construction related issues, including inspections, contract negotiations, repairs and remodels, and resolution of disputes with contractors, suppliers, builders and sellers.

Mr. Hall offers a full range of services on all construction related issues, and acts as a counselor and advocate as well as a litigator. Mr. Hall is an active member of the Executive Counsel of Homeowners (ECHO), the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and the American Bar Association section on construction. He regularly speaks at seminars and writes articles pertaining to owners of single family residences and members of homeowners associations.

Mr. Hall has served as the Chairman of the North Bay Resource Panel, has assisted in the organization of a number of chapter seminars, and has served as a steering committee member for the ECHO Annual Seminar for 4 years. He is currently a member of the Legal Steering Committee for CACM, and is an editor and speaker for CACM publications and seminars. Mr. Hall has also been a guest lecturer for several years for UC Berkeley Extension Courses on Risk Management/Defect Litigation and Construction Contracts.
